Quality Policy Statement

It is the Policy of SINGLESOURCE to provide comprehensive hardware and operating software sourcing and engineering support for UNIX systems which comply with statutory and legal requirements, fully achieve Customer requirements and conform to standards recognised by our Customers as being outstanding.

To ensure achievement of this Policy, a Business Management System is established to meet, and continue to meet, the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2000.

SINGLESOURCE's Quality Objectives are :

to ensure that Customer requirements and expectations are fully understood, standards created and service delivery continually monitored against these standards.

to consistently meet Customer requirements by service performance and adoption of best practice.

to provide the right organisation, facilities and resources and employ the right people to ensure Quality products and services which fulfil Customer requirements effectively and efficiently.

to continually review and monitor all aspects of operations to identify opportunities for implementing continuing improvement.

The implementation of the Business Management System is mandatory, but its success is achieved by the participation and commitment of everyone at SINGLESOURCE. Each employee receives full support to ensure the Business Management System is understood, implemented and maintained throughout.

It is our responsibility to ensure the Business System functions correctly and its effectiveness is maintained through monitoring, control, audit and review.
