Singlesource was created in 1990 initially as a fourth party repair depot concentrating on the repair of hard drives and tape drives. The service soon developed to encompass the repair of virtually any computer part and the company also became well established as a “Sourcing Professional” for complete systems and parts down to component level - our extensive contacts within the USA enabled us to source the repair and supply of the most difficult and allegedly obsolete equipment.

Since the mid 90’s, Singlesource, in response to customer requests, became a “UNIX Field Support” organisation operating through Third Party Maintainers (TPM’s), Facilities Management Company’s and Multi-Vendor Support Providers in the key areas of Silicon Graphics, Hewlett Packard and Sun Microsystems.

Long term service partnerships with key manufacturers and suppliers in the industry enables Singlesource to provide support all types of UNIX hardware, software and operating systems.

1993 Singlesource became ISO 9000 accredited and was one of the first companies in October 2002 to be credited with ISO9001/2000.
